Common issues before they become support threads.

I cannot sign in or finish Google sign-in.

Try the email sign-in route first, then use the support form if Google sign-in continues to fail. Include your device type, app version, and a screenshot if possible.

Weather data is missing or inaccurate.

Check location permission status, confirm the track name if you used manual lookup, and try refreshing again. Weather and elevation depend on external provider availability.

Timeslip scan did not read correctly.

Use a clearer photo if possible, keep the slip flat and well lit, then review the details before saving.
