Using RaceIQ
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to the RaceIQ app, website, and related services. By using RaceIQ, you agree to use the service lawfully and in line with these terms.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must not use RaceIQ to violate laws, impersonate others, interfere with the service, or upload content you do not have the right to use
User content and community features
You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant RaceIQ the rights needed to host, process, display, and operate the service around that content.
- This includes passes, notes, photos, timeslip images, leaderboard submissions, and profile content
- If you submit content to public or community-facing areas, you understand that other users may be able to view it
- We may remove or restrict content that violates these terms or creates risk for the service or other users
No performance, safety, or mechanical guarantee
RaceIQ is an informational and training tool. It does not guarantee racing performance, mechanical outcomes, safety, legality, or competitive success.
- Predictions, analysis, and timeslip extraction results may be incomplete, estimated, or incorrect
- You are responsible for verifying run data before relying on it
- RaceIQ does not provide professional mechanical, engineering, legal, or safety advice
Service changes, suspension, and termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these terms or creates risk to the platform or other users.

Intellectual property, liability, and governing law
RaceIQ, the RaceIQ brand, and related site and app materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RaceIQ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
